Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Fabric colour may slightly vary from that on the screen image due to photographic lighting source or monitor settings. Since the product is handcrafted, there might be slight irregularities in the weave, colour or pattern. Fabric length approximately mentioned.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you register and open an account in the Studio Mangai website, you can find the sales receipt inside My Account section.

How can I return an item?

Sorry, we don't accept any returns. In case of any damages, you will be provided with an exchange option - Only if you send an opening video without pause immediately after delivery.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
